I'm Ellie, I have recently graduated from Kingston University at Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts studying fashion, graduating with a 2.1 with honours. I transferred from University of Kent to CSVPA in hope to gain better experience within my chosen subject and through life skills.

Through CSVPA I gained new skills, which includes Gerber Pattern Cutting and Indesign, as well as developing on old skills, such as Illustrator and Photoshop, organisational, sketchbook, drawing skills and writing skills. We worked in a team to create mini projects which developed teamwork skills, while also working individually to a brief.

I recently finished work experience with Paper London which meant taking part in multiple different types of work including Tech packs, flat drawings, ordering trim samples, looking for fabric samples, liasing with factories, atwork, research, presentaions and pattern cutting. It helped me gain an idea into how the fashion industry works from factory sampling and print design.

I am looking to become a designer now I've graduated University and I am excited to get out into the world of the fashion industry!
